About Direct Approach Educational Services Inc.
We have been providing quality tutoring services within Durham Region since 1994. Through the use of SRA Direct Instruction programming (DI) we offer help to students from JK to adult in a variety of subjects. The unique philosophy and teacher directed programming ensures that subjects are taught to mastery, enabling the student to build a strong foundation that supports future learning. We were pleased to have been chosen to participate as co-instructors in an extended DI reading research project conducted by the Child Development Centre at The Hospital for Sick Children.
Private One-On-One Tutoring Sessions
- All of our sessions are one on one.
- Student progress is closely monitored on an individual basis. Data is gathered from each session to allow teachers to track progress.
- Individualized monitoring equips the student with all the necessary skills required for them to succeed independently.
